This explosive sequel to 2017's The Outlaws starts Ma Dong-seok (Don Lee) and Sukku Son and is fabulous slice of action entertainment.

Detective Ma Seok-do, heads to a foreign country to extradite a suspect. However, he discovers additional murder cases and learns about a killer who had committed crimes against tourists for many years.
