Southwest Cancels More Flights. Who Is At Fault?

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg wants Southwest Airlines "to do right" by its customers. What, exactly, does that mean?

The issue is causing major problems. People are stranded, the costs are going up. Add the major storm that traveled through the Midwest and has left over 30 people in the Northeast dead, and you have even greater issues.
