Going to see #WakandaForever? Read these books FIRST!

So Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is premiering this weekend, and it's got some very praise-worthy but middling reviews, and early plot details and some other youtubers have already hinted at some of the trouble that this film has. But the comic series as a whole has an issue with the cultural divides between Africans and African-Americans. So to help bridge this understanding, here are some great books you can read to help immerse yourself in more African culture, even from an American perspective.

There's also a big problem with keeping the plot woman-centric v. superhero-centric, but that's another issue I'll probably talk about later, most likely on @SocietyReviews 's podcast.
