It can also provide the strength and mobility needed to remain independent and prevent chronic diseases.
Dr. J and Evan emphasize avoiding stress or a catabolic state. Also, getting active like walking, cardio, and embracing strength training promotes blood flow and muscle repair. Watch out for your food template -protein, omega-3s, and sun exposure are essential. Your muscles are crucial—it’s time to start taking care of them!
