Zelda BOTW Items: Majora's Mask

Where in Legend of Zelda, Breath of the Wild to find Majora's Mask with the DLC. Since this item makes Bokoblins, Lizalfos, and Moblins ignore you (unless they see you attacking or being hit by another monster), this item breaks a lot of the learning curve; so I suggest not getting it without playing the game awhile.
