Central banks are buying gold at a record rate, and many commentators think they are preparing for a gold-backed currency. Gold is likely to be revalued during a transition into a gold standard, Mario Innecco says. Good money drives out bad money, therefore, if a gold-based system emerges, "The Dollar's going to be toast," he says.
