Man claiming to be a Sandy Hook parent (internet sleuths have reported he's an actor and his real name is Samuel, Travis Delaney), laughing as he goes to the microphone shortly after the supposed death of a child. Lip-readers claim he says "SHOULD I READ FROM THE CARD" just before he starts hyperventilating and getting into character...
