1/2 cup of Oat Fiber
2/3 cup of Flaxseed Meal
1 1/4 cups of Vital Wheat Gluten
1 teaspoon Honey
1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast (8g/0.28oz)
How to:
Add ingredients in the correct order for your machine mine works awesome with the listed order.
Liquid ingredients then solid ingredients, at the end the yeast (the list is organized according to the Cusinart Bread machine)
Set machine to #5 - French bread
