Networking Easier

On the opposite side, here you are going to networking events. People are picking up conversations with you. because they feel they've already been in a conversation. Right?

Exactly. And for an introvert, which I am, it makes it so much easier to go to these events because you're not feeling like you're interrupting other people's conversations. You're not pushing yourself on anybody. People are coming up to you and starting conversations with you.
