Every now and then, we get sick. The question is do you push through the sickness? Do you as an individual numb yourself with pharmecuticals and lies of pills helping you get better? I don't and I do not think anyone else should either, these things destroy people worst than the illness. They ruin your mental health and productivity, so instead push through the pain and don't stay in bed all day! I promise you a bit of movement and taking care of yourself goes a long way.
