Family, Isn't It About Time?

Instead of studying mountains of wacky legal papers, Ammon works on fulfilling a plan he made with his children to restore old cars with them that was interupted by the 2 years the federal government held him in prison unconvicted while awaiting trial and spent over a million dollars prosecuting the family. The feds have again funded an effort to destroy his family and their precious time together. Why are the feds, the state of Idaho, Ada County, St Luke's and Holland and Hart targetting Ammon's family? He is also being prosecuted by Ada County for a charge of alleged trespassing, even though no St. Luke's agent told him to leave the property before he was arrested.
