Italian Game | Responding to the Knight Attack

Ah the good old Knight Attack in the Italian Game. It's a classic. I've had great success with the Ponziani-Steinitz Gambit, but against higher rated players I prefer going into what I think of as the main line with e4. Let's see how it goes! It's been a while since I studied it so I don't remember the lines too deeply... but hey, at least I can get out of the opening with equality. Or can I???
