Mini Split Hack Job

This is a job that a couple of my good friends asked me if I could take a look and make sure that the install was good.

The problems I see with this hack job
No Pad
No disconnect
No line hide cover
No sealant for hole through the wall
No line sets cut to length
Definitely no electrical permit
No zip ties just rubber tape
