The man who was arrested Friday in connection with the killing of four University of Idaho students was very "talkative" and "friendly," according to his neighbor at an apartment building in Pullman, Washington. The suspect, Bryan Kohberger, is a Ph.D. student at Washington State University, about 10 miles from Moscow, Idaho.
