INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar or sweetener
1 tablespoon granulated sugar or sweetener
⅛ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons flour or nut flour
2 tablespoons chocolate chips or unsweetened chocolate chips
PREPARATION
Add butter, sugars or sweetener baking powder, salt, and vanilla in a small mixing bowl until combined.
Mix in the flour or nut flour and stir until combined. Add in the chocolate chips or unsweetened chocolate chip and transfer to small ramekin.
Microwave for 60 seconds.
Let cool and garnish with ice cream if desired.
