The weapon used in this footage was a MATADOR (Man-portable Anti-Tank, Anti-DOoR) missile.

The purchase of these weapons was first reported on March 29th, 2022.

Somehow, these weapons made it through to the Azov battalion in Mariupol, which leads me to believe that the Russian encirclement is porous.
