I want to go ask some questions of the building inspector director, Thomas Saint Pierre call, for a letter that he had hand delivered to the unhomed of Salem. Not only are they ignoring what has already been established in case slow but they are threatening to find and pursue possible charges if the unhomed do not untie their tarps from the exterior of the Old Town hall railings.
