Concrete Deck Restoration

https://cretoseal.com/ 💪 The owner of this home thought demolition was the only option but I was able to repair this upstairs concrete deck that had extensive cracking, chipping (spalling), and deterioration.
All of the damaged concrete wars removed along with the preexisting sealer. The deck was cleaned and the spalling and cracks were patched using a cement based fill. ☔️ The patio deck was then permanently waterproofed using Creto DPS. 🎨 A dark brown stain called Color Mist was used to color the concrete. It was then sealed with Barrier outdoor sealer.
The whole process took about a week but cost the owner of the home only one fifth 💸 of what it would have cost him if he had it demoed and replaced. Pretty cool, right?!! 😎
