“Genocidal” Russian soldiers save civilians trapped in basement by Azov

The soldiers needed to break the floor down with a sledgehammer in order to free the people, who were trapped for who knows how long. But many say that the Russian soldiers are committing “genocide”. (Video is from a week ago or so, location is Mariupol). This doesn't mean that Russian soldiers are saints, but so far the most documented inhumanities against civilians in Eastern Ukraine appear to have been by Azov. I think these are Chechen soldiers, not sure. I removed the line about the basement having been "sealed with cement" because, although that was what was described in the video, there is no way to know for sure... Thanks.
