Drunk Pedestrian

Dash cam video of a Drunk Pedestrian walking out in front of cars in traffic and doing the same to me and using an obscene gesture at me. You can tell the guy is was probably overserved because he is still carrying a beer in public which is against the law in Downtown Jacksonville. Before anyone says anything I was 10 feet or more away from the guy walking because I had already seen him walk out in front of another car.
