The parking of red vehicles next to this apartment, sometimes up to five, at the entrance specially, east, west and across the street, is another CIA statement. These vehicles also used to appear at other locations, businesses, I visit often, they may appear again, specifically, Coca Cola and Dunbar trucks. The spies at units 5B, 1A and 6A, have/had acquired red vehicles.
