Tariq Ibn Jamil claims that The Holy Quran of Mecca can be Unequivocally translated from Arabic to English and maintain its purity as when it was revealed. Taharka Bey says that statement is false and the Holy Quran can not be unequivocally translated from Arabic to English and because of that fact one would be unable to follow the Quran in its purest form (Unless he/she speaks and understand Arabic).
