Just a Reminder of not paying attention goes wrong!

As observed the incoming traffic behind the jeep trying to get over to the left lane is already behind stalled traffic on the exit ramp to the right so even if the jeep was not present it seems to me that this accident would have still occurred, take a look and comment your take on this analogy, if I spelled that correctly lol, Enjoy
