How to FIX the Mass Shooting Problem with an EASY, REASONABLE Solution and Compromise

Guys, I have the answer to this. Will it eliminate all mass shootings? Of course not, but it will eliminate MOST of them. There are certain points that both sides won't like, but points both parties WILL like.
