Note that the title of the video is a play on words of a US Army saying:
"There is only one thief in the Army. Everybody else is trying to get their stuff back."

I was always a scrounger. I was that guy in the unit who knew everybody and could beg, borrow or... "acquire" equipment.

One day I realized that we had to make our radio antenna taller and all of those antennas on the ADOC couldn't possibly be in use.
