What a Washington State Semi-Automatic Rifle Ban Might Look Like.

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a huge "what if" which is what if the Washington State legislature actually passed a semi-automatic rifle ban? What would that actually look like? Well, we don't have to look very far to get a blueprint for what they are trying to do with lawful and responsible gun owners her in Washington by merely looking at the same piece of legislation that has kicked around Olympia for the last 6 previous legislative sessions. Specifically, today we look at Senate Bill 5217, which died in committee last year, but will most assuredly be resurrected with a new bill number and a new companion bill in the House. Since our Governor and Attorney General have not really come up with an original idea in years when it comes to gun control legislation, let's take a look at the old playbook and find out what this all means to us.
