For powder measure adjustment, Dillon's instructions say to adjust the powder die body by moving the handle up and down until the white bellcrank cube is properly positioned. How I adjust my powder measure is, I thread the powder die past position, and then, with the powder funnel and powder measure in place, I adjust the powder measure assembly upwards, while raising the handle of the 550 up and down, until the white bellcrank cube is positioned properly. I go by feel, not sight.
