I Found a Secret ILLEGAL NYC Apartment…

This Apartment is So cool, but it doesnt exactly look like a “normal” nyc apartment that is for sure. It has this super huge outside area thats bigger than the unit itself. This makes me wonder if this apartment had another purpose in a past life that isnt apparent when looking at it from the outside. I think its definitely going to rent because of how “unique” the layout is - there’s just nothing else on the market like this and someones going to rent it (i think).
