All about Trade Offs

We are constantly making trade offs that we do not recognize or understand. What do I mean by this? How could this be true? Why is this so?
Here I try to explain the everyday occurrence of and need for making trade offs. Why this is important to not only acknowledge and understand, but appreciate and pay attention to. Our time, energy and attention are valuable and using them wisely is important! We are always in submission to something, even when we try not to decide. The importance of the conflicts that we work through cannot be understated. In short, we need to get a handle on the idea of trade offs and start to appreciate those things we trade off and others trade off for us to develop a better sense of intimacy.
