Feelin myself yesterday and got 523lb hex-bar deadlifts for 5 easy reps.
No injuries other than my chest surgery and wanting to be the best, healthiest and most shredded me ever!
While many argue the merits of deadlifts, some of my best overall gains come when I hit them once a week.
