In this video we show you how to roast cashew nuts the traditional way in Mozambique on a fire. We have had such fun with this video - exploring the traditional culture and way of life in Mozambique. I have new respect for the cashews we buy back home, seeing how each nut grows on its own fruit and how the nuts can be kept for up to 4 years in with the outer protective casing.
