ONTARIO JAN 2023, AN ACT OF TERROR OR AN ACT OF GOD?

I Cannot tell you if it was an ACT OF TERROR or An ACT of GOD... But something went down in ONTARIO that must have wiped allot of people off the board. If this happened in the UK people wouldnt survive if this happened anywhere with no real warning even with warning where would you go? how would you stay warm. Remember what they did to them people in TEXAS when the weather DROPPED LIKE THAT..
