Travel to Updaam Evening and make your way to the side entrance of the party. Once there, ascend to the top floor, enter the main hall, and shift over to the balcony on the left. It will take Aleksis a few minutes to take the stage, so scan the crowd and locate him with an auto-pistol icon and an uncommon or cool gun.

Now, wait until after the woman tells a story about her mother. Then, Aleksis will walk up to the microphone and start talking. Now, press the button next to you on the balcony and the achievement/trophy will unlock.
