Orleans and the O'Jays are the components of today's Segue City Special as we roll into Wednesday as a few more people wake up to the fact that it's Wednesday and we really should get back to work and be productive... that's why we're looking out the window to see when they're going to turn on the HOT NOW light and we can all get back to work... can't work without the doughnuts though...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
