You can make this easier by equipping the Flicker and Erase upgrades for the Aether Slab. Then, travel to Fristad Rock at Noon and take the right path. Use Aether just before stealth killing each of the eternalists. Make sure you keep track of the patrolling eternalist in the background and cloak any time you are not behind cover. He will catch you if he is facing your direction while you take out the others.
