This is a REALLY important clearing meditation. Entities and attachments are like the spiders, flies, and criminals of the energy world. They are way more common than you might think.

THE NUMBER ONE SYMPTOM OF ENTITIES IS ANXIETY!

Anxiety is your energy alarm system going off and alerting you to the fact that there are either entities inside of your aura/chakras or there are entities on someone who you are interacting with.

If you are a lightworker, starseed, healer, or advanced soul... you are more of a target for entity attack.They feed on energy, and you are the equivalent of a gourmet buffet to them. I have so much to share on this subject and I will be adding more soon.
