mimicking boxing speed bag motion...

after a bit of research in the past few hours in regards to boxer's hand speed, I notice they often train on a speed bag device that swings back and worth. here i'm performing the motion on an imaginary one, just trying to do the "motion". to prove that my videos are not sped up, I speak in it as well...
