💢 US Recon Plane Flies ‘Dangerously’ Close to Chinese Territory - Intercepted by Chinese Jet

US Indo-Pacific Command claimed Thursday that a Chinese People’s Liberation Army fighter jet had flown so close to a US reconnaissance plane over the South China Sea last week that the American pilot had to take evasive action.

Footage released shows the PLA plane drifting slowly towards the US plane as close as six meters, according to US officials.

Beijing has not yet responded about the incident.
