$21 in TIPS for a 10hr day?!?!?! VERY UPSETTING!!!

I've been driving UberX a lot lately because of the bonuses and awesome customers that have really been making sure some of us have fuel for an entire day of these rides. People literally help each other by making sure these vehicles can perform safely, as well as MAKE the trips, all together.

TIPS MATTER! Even something a person believes is "small", ends up being something big when combined with other riders that tip, as well. Motor oil is expensive. Fuel is expensive. Tire prices have gone up. Literally everything - except our base pay for UberX - has increased with respect to ensuring we can afford to pick people up from bars and dinners, jobs and airports.

But this past weekend was SO FLAT that it got to me. UberX tips literally dried up in an instant!!! Very shocking Friday, to say the least!
