I LOVE Cassandra Martin! She is the inspiration behind this style of video. When I needed to be inspired and motivated in the gym I found hour-long compilations of her workouts with NEFFEX as the soundtrack and I WAS HOOKED. I will be working on gathering some better music and posting my workouts like this a lot more! I hope to someday be as motivating to others as she is to me!

This reminds me sooo much about working out at Cardinal Fitness years ago with all of our friends. This video really captures what it's like to work out with us. We LIFT, then we mess around between sets. LOL
