Antara filed 13D with SEC indicating they own 8.5% of APE voting shares Im concerned

Antara had AA sell them shares at 66 cents and then I see that Antara has been buying and selling Millions of APE shares for 2 months which leads me to believe they were washing pushing down the price Why did AA wait to sell at 66 cents?
Was this a conspiracy to control the vote?
