Oildale residents share concerns about transitional homeless shelter location

The Tiney Oaks Transitional Homeless Shelter project being developed in Oildale to address the homelessness situation is set to open by the end of 2023, but not everyone is happy about it. 23ABC's Vania Patino spoke with several concerned members in the community about the county's plan for the site and the issues they're afraid might come up.
