Live - Declassified CIA/DIA/Army Documents Review - Controlled Offensive Behavior Series 1

Tonight I'm going to review a report I did several years ago, Controlled Offensive Behavior that was downloaded from the CIA FOIA Library as part of the STARGATE/CREST series of documents. It focuses on Energetics from a defense perspective. It was written during the Cold War era and focuses heavily on what the Russians knew about Energetics & Psychotronics. They were deeply concerned back then that if they allowed China and/or Russia to get ahead of them on Energetics that it would be at the cost of our ability to defend themselves.

This research was mostly taken over by Science Applications International Corporation during the STARGATE era. Tonight I'll be presenting as much of that series as time allows. This might extend into another presentation tomorrow night if we can't get through all of it now.
