Today we think about how important it is to consistently exercise. If you stop exercising your body will break down just like a car. Use your body everyday, walk, run, jump, climb, lift, stretch, skip.
Do not just come home day after day and sit down on the sofa, then assume you got your back pain because "its just what happens". Don't not act surprised when your almost 30 and you body doesn't move quite like it use to.
If you stop using it, you will lose it!
