2009, March: live local TV 5 minutes in : Example of "GLITCHES " Locking up fax from 1997/98 until march of 2011 THEN went to LINE 1 until late 2021 and WINDSTREAM apparently spent millions to fix it? HOWEVER it was other phone companie's phones data/ audio from "hook bypass switch" doing this OR some hidden "intelligence" spook doing some harrassment knowing it is one of the "CRAZY CONSPIRACY" tin foil hat junk people blow off even with proof. See "Person of Interest" & "Echelon Conspiracy", you might have to wonder what the odds are of this being "Accidental" after all? I loaded this up on ABC and NBC TV stations FTP folders for NEWS and Production, not one call asking what it is or " quit uploading this" : A double-reverse-engineered-psyop from the M*ssad offices of strategic deception ?? Referring to ISSUE 2 OF THIS ( the LAST FIVE minutes) I have a few others on audio cassette tape where this happened . . . ( FIRST a kinda irrelevant example of the "Magic Jack" / VOIP digital type phones having bandwidth problems, possibly from someone, neighbors, in this case grabbing some bandwidth from her connection or internet activity from programs/ mal-ware she is unaware of thats running in the background of her computer(s), (BOTNET?) nefarious or not. HOWEVER all digital & cell phones seem to be having bandwidth/compression problems; I have to wonder if all the domestic surveillance by splitting the signal is robbing so much bandwidth from the network or causing signal degradation every where THEY( govt, or not) can? AFTER the show I heard my FAX line relentlessly ringing AGAIN for the 20dozen-th time, when the line rings more than thrice & the FAX will not answer it provokes me to pick up the line and 99 times out of 100 there (was) someones' phone audio WITH THEIR PHONE ON THE HOOK.
