The Value In Struggle

Struggle, pain, adversity...  All are wonderful teachers.  When we train people, as much as we want them to succeed, we need to allow failure.  Whether we are teaching room clearing with M-4s in a kill house, or how to ride a bike to a child.  Find that balance of risk and value to maximize the lesson.
