Serial Killer Israel Keyes | Cigar Clip Compilation

The FBI came under fire because of their treatment of serial killer Israel Keyes. Keyes was routinely given special treatment because of the information that he held. He would occasionally provide information over the course of his time spent incarcerated and during these confessions, he requested cigars. The FBI essentially had to form a deal with the Devil. In return for cigars, an Americano coffee and sometimes a bagel, Keyes would give them information. This back and forth went on for some time before Israel outright refused to smoke the cigars. He said that he was quitting and this symbolically meant the refusal of any more information and the conclusion to his and the FBI's conversations.
