NYC grope and grab robbery

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at approximately 2315 hours, on a stairwell inside of the 42nd Street-Bryant Park subway station, a 28-year-old female was approached by an unknown individual who grabbed the victim s buttocks and forcibly removed her purse. The individual proceeded to punch the victim in the head before fleeing on foot. The victim was removed to Mt. Sinai West Hospital in stable condition.
