This video explores how self-improvement saved my life from my point of view. My journey to self-improvement has been full of ups and downs, but through it all, I was able to create a better version of myself and make drastic changes in my life that led to a better future. Self-improvement can profoundly impact your own life and help you achieve your goals.

I'm still not EXACTLY where I want to be I have MANY things to fix, all that abuse took its toll on me, but the key point is that I'm no longer where I CAN'T BE and I'm moving forward. If you're suffering let me know I will try to help you the best I can.
