Jen Shah was just sentenced to 6 1/2 years in federal prison with 5 years probation when released. Her attorneys are asking that her time be served in a Texas prison as it is one of the prisons with the RDAP program.

While in the RDAP Program, Jen will get the chance to address and treat any addictions she may have with substance abuse.

Completion of the program will also give her a chance to take some time off her sentence. Usually 12 to 18 months.
